# R56 (skill-language-style): table headers must be specific, not generic
# labels like "Name"/"Value". Scoped with `text & doc(th)` (see
# docs.vale.sh/topics/scopes#class-scopes) so this reaches only real
# `\header` cells -- verified empirically that `\header \li` converts to
# <th>, distinct from `\row \li` (<td>) and from plain `\list \li` (<li>).
# The previous `scope: raw` version matched any `\li` line, including
# ordinary list items; this version cannot.
